Right of Withdrawal

We hereby inform you that you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date:

on which you acquired possession of the item or the last item if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately, or the last batch or part if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts,

on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the item or the last item if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately, or the last batch or part if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first if the contract concerned the sale of goods.

Returns
1. If the contract concerned the purchase of goods, please return the goods to us at PRIME NEXT GENERATION Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, with the note "return PRIME NEXT GENERATION" immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

2. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

3. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund (the value of the returned products, including the original shipping costs you incurred) to you using the payment method you selected in your original order or, after individual arrangements, by bank transfer to the account you specified. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

In justified cases, you can also return the item through the Inpost Group's Quick Returns system. In such cases, the return (shipping) costs will be borne by our online store. Such a return must always be reported and confirmed (by phone or email) by our employees. After confirmation, visit the ULR website: https://szybkiezwroty.pl/. There, select the "byPRIME-NEXT-GENERATION" store from the drop-down list and generate a waybill by completing the fields with information regarding the package's characteristics.
